Jason is your Mortgage Consultant. He will meet with you for your loan consultation, educate you, and pick the loan program that is right for you. Jason handles all estimates, budget reviews, and communicates with your Realtor or builder. He will send you a Pre-Closing Notice the day before your closing, and usually
personally attends his closings.

Stephen Buggy - Loan Partner II

Stephen and Jason work closely together to help you with your paperwork for loan processing. Once we have your completed loan application, Stephen will schedule your loan consultation with Jason. Once your file is turned in to processing, Stephen calls you weekly for your "Tuesday Update", answers general questions, and guides you
through the rest of the loan process.

Melissa Vo- Operations Manager/Loan Processor

Melissa reviews all of your income and asset documents, as well as your contract and property information as she prepares the file for under-writing. Melissa is vital to your loan closing on time as she works closely with Cherry Creek underwriters, your insurance agent, and the title company. Melissa will call you for any items needed to finalize your loan.
